Junior Immigration CaseWorker/Paralegal - Chinese speaking

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual interested in a friendly new established solicitor firm in Central London.

We are looking for an immediate start Chinese speaking paralegal in our immigration department. You will need to demonstrate an ability to take ownership of your work, confident, client-focused, self-starter with excellent organisational skills, communication skills in written and oral in both English and Chinese.

The Role:

Provide main point of contact, assistance to clients regarding immigration issues;

Liaise with clients regarding full immigration process;

Provide immigration advice to clients;

Prepare and submit applications.

Salary: Competitive and Negotiable, depends on experience.

Senior Immigration CaseWorker/Paralegal - Chinese speaking

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual interested in a friendly new established solicitor firm in Central London.

Job Criteria:

You will deal with specifically with all manner of immigration work including general immigration, visa and work permit and HSMP, IGS, investor applications and refugee & asylum issues. You will be able to advice a wide range of clients both orally and in writing on complex legal issues.

Personal Criteria:

An experienced caseworker/ paralegal with either OISC Level 1 or LSC Accredited Level 1or 2;

An appropriate experienced non-qualified caseworker would also be considered;

The ideal candidate needs to be bilingual in both English and Chinese (mandarin or Cantonese)

You will need to demonstrate an ability to take ownership of your work, confident, client-focused, self-starter with excellent organisational skills, communication skills in written and oral in both English and Chinese. This role will suit only a highly ambitious individual who is looking to develop their immigration knowledge and expertise.
