Our company is a key supplier of glassware, ceramics and cutlery to the UK Hospitality Market (Hotels/Restaurants/Catering).

We are sourcing our products globally, and with an increasing number of our products coming out of the Chinese market we are now looking to open a Rep Office in Guangzhou / Guangdong Province. Our aim is not only to streamline and improve our supply chain, but what is more to improve the supplier rapport and cooperation with our Chinese supplier base by having an experienced and proactive team present in China at any time.

We have now a vacancy for an Officer Support Administrator.

Job Description
  • Support UK team with the supply chain management: chasing order status, lead times, order tracking, transport booking, issue resolving, claims 
  • PA support to Quality Inspector 
  • Travel arrangements for Quality Inspector / UK
Required Skills
  • Degree educated
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Experienced administrator (either customer service or purchasing administration)
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
