Job Description

Your key duties are: handling all customer enquiries, co-ordinating and liaising with staff, maintaining accurate record of customer orders, collating of picking list, invoicing of customer orders and general telesales/administrative duties. 

Required Skills

We are looking for a Telesales Executive who will be working with a small team. Fluency in oral and written Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese dialects) and English language skills will be an advantage. Candidates will need a professional telephone manner; excellent interpersonal skills, loads of drive, energy and enthusiasm, PC and Keyboard skills; experience in the catering industry.
