Job Description
We are looking for Sales Professionals with verbal Chinese language skills. The ideal candidate will have previous retail and/or luxury retail experience or relevant customer service experience (i.e. hospitality, etc). A proven track record in achieving sales results and a willingness to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays; strong communication skills; customer service skills and the ability to prioritise while handling multiple tasks is required. Ability to work with a diverse client base and to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. A proficiency in Point of Sales (POS) systems and Microsoft Outlook/e-mail would be advantageous. A university degree and Gemmologist qualification is preferred.
