We are currently looking for an Order Processing Clerk to join the team in providing excellent customer service to all of our customers and clients.
Job Description
This is a shift work position at 5 ½ days a week, based at Chadwell Heath, Romford, Essex.
Key Duties:
- Dealing with telephone and internet orders
- Record all requests accurately from customers and enter details on to a database
- Process orders for delivery
- Communicate effectively with all customers and clients
- Clerical and administration duties including mailing and courier
- CANDIDATES MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UK
Required Skills
Candidates are expected to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and have the ability of handling various tasks.
- Fluent in speaking Cantonese and English
- Professional telephone manner
- PC and Keyboard skills and use of Excel
