Company Information

Hoo Hing is London's largest Chinese Supermarket network and delivery service with seven depots around the UK, five of which across London and Essex.  We employ approximately 300 staff from a multitude of nationalities and backgrounds.

We are currently looking for an Order Processing Clerk to join the team in providing excellent customer service to all of our customers and clients.

Job Description

This is a shift work position at 5 ½ days a week, based at Chadwell Heath, Romford, Essex.

Key Duties:

  • Dealing with telephone and internet orders
  • Record all requests accurately from customers and enter details on to a database
  • Process orders for delivery
  • Communicate effectively with all customers and clients
  • Clerical and administration duties including mailing and courier 
  • CANDIDATES MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UK


Required Skills

Candidates are expected to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and have the ability of handling various tasks.

  • Fluent in speaking Cantonese and English
  • Professional telephone manner
  • PC and Keyboard skills and use of Excel
