We are a small, dynamic and highly successful technology services company, with an international customer base.  We specialise in Type Approval of radio products and work with governments and test laboratories in over 140 countries worldwide.  We are looking for a dedicated individual who will join our team of Project Coordinators, managing radio type approval projects in various countries worldwide.

We have an opening for an enthusiastic, well motivated individual to join our busy team in our office in Princes Risborough on a permanent, full-time basis.

Job Description

* Supporting senior Project Manager and managing PCS project work in various countries  

* Preparing and submitting Type Approval application files to Government Authorities

* Tracking status and driving the Type Approval process to ensure deadlines are met

* Managing and undertaking international research projects

This role has excellent long term development potential and would suit a graduate who is interested in developing a career in international project management.

Required Skills

* Have a relevant degree or minimum 2 years experience in a similar role

* Have excellent command of English and Mandarin Languages (both written and spoken)

* Be flexible, proactive and enthusiastic, with the ability to prioritise work and work under pressure.

* Be comfortable working in a busy and occasionally high pressure environment.

*Be familiar with or keen to learn about type approval requirements for modern radio data-communication technologies.

* Have excellent relationship building skills

* Be able to produce neat, high quality work with great attention to detail.

* Have experience with MS Office and web browsing.

* Be able to work under own initiative and as part of or leading a team

* Be willing to work flexibly to support the needs of the company
