Technical Manager

ShanDong

Our client is an UK Food manufacture with operating offices in Thailand, and newly setup office in ShanDong, Qingdao near Olympic Yachting Harbour. They now require a Technical Manager to supervise export business from China which ship approx £2million of products to the UK this year.

Job Outline:

Approximately 50% office and 50% Field based with the need to work in a number of different frozen food product lines, the role would involve responsibility for;

Audit and approval of food factories to BRC standard

Work with on site management team to agree acceptable product specifications

Understand and inspect full process flow across a number of different food product areas. (Meat , fish , Vegetable).(QA function)

Oversee production (in a QC function)

Sign off finished product as suitable for export.

Bilingual SQE / Project Manager

Shanghai, up to 20K (RMB 300,000)

Our client is an UK manufacture based in the north west of England. They currently employ 144 people in UK with a turnover of approx $30M. They also have two companies in China and one in India.

They now require a bilingual SQE/Project Manager to work out of their facility near Shanghai.

The role would involve:

Project review with all Chinese component suppliers for production plants in UK/CH/IN
